In partnership with Holmes Community College, MMC Materials offers a Professional Concrete Mixer Truck Driver Training Program. In addition to obtaining a Class B Commercial Driver’s License, this program teaches basic customer service skills, quality assurance, proper safety techniques, basic concrete knowledge, and of course driving a commercial vehicle. Additional benefits of this program include receiving the following:

The Mixer Truck Operator position includes the operation of a mixer truck to and from job sites delivering and unloading concrete for customers and processing all paperwork to consummate the transaction. Download Full Description

The Plant Operator position includes managing the maintenance, inventory, and daily operation of the plant, batch system, etc. including but not limited to receiving orders and delivering products to customers in a timely and efficient manner satisfying customer specifications all the while improving KPI goals. The Bookkeeper ensures that all required bookkeeping functions of the area office are completed in an accurate, timely and neat orderly manner; performs accounting functions for the area, including billing, cash receipts, payables processing and maintaining the banking function; communicates with the corporate office and other areas on accounting and personnel related matters; understands and complies with Company policies and procedures and all government regulations pertaining to the position; and accurately and thoroughly processes all requirements for new and existing employees.
