Our Specialty Concrete Solutions
Fiber Reinforced Concrete
Fiber Reinforced Concrete is not new to our industry but the technology of this product continues to improve. Fibers are primarily used to replace secondary reinforcement in slabs or paving. The most common applications where fibers are used are sidewalks, paving, parking lots, elevated decks and slabs on ground. Engineers, architects, owners, specifiers and concrete contractors are increasingly turning to the use of fibers as a means of reinforcing their concrete, making fiber reinforced concrete one of the fastest-growing segments in the concrete industry.
Non-Shrink GROUT•READY GROUT
Ready Grout is MMC Materials proprietary non-shrink grout solution delivered via our mixer trucks or shipped directly to the jobsite. This cementitious non-shrink proprietary component provided exclusively by MMC Materials, that when added to a standard grout mix at a prescribed dosage rate, makes it non-shrink.
This solution is available in strengths of 4,000-10,000 PSI, and meets ATSM C1107 for non-shrink cementitious bagged grout. Ready Grout can be used anywhere that a large volume of non-shrink grout is required.
CONCRETE Retaining WallS
Concrete retaining wall solutions provide durable and effective methods for managing soil erosion and supporting landscape stability. These walls can be designed to accommodate varying heights and loads, making them suitable for both residential and commercial applications.
With options such as precast panels, poured-in-place concrete, and segmental retaining wall systems, contractors can select the method that best fits their site requirements and aesthetic preferences.
Custom Concrete Admixtures
MMC Materials delivers custom concrete admixtures which are specialized formulations designed to enhance the performance characteristics of concrete based on specific project requirements. These admixtures can improve various properties such as workability, durability, setting time, and resistance to environmental factors.
By tailoring the composition of the admixture to the unique needs of each project, contractors can achieve optimal results in strength and longevity while also ensuring that the concrete meets regulatory standards and performance specifications.
